Treningsoppmøte

It is important for players to turn up for interval training, i relaxed a bit now on monday because of the indoors cup and some of you had a hard session at school, but now you must show up unless injury stops you, and you have to clear it with me if injured.

This training has to be done by all A SQUAD players and any B SQUAD players who have ambitions of getting into the A SQUAD. We already have one or two players in the A SQUAD training on the the minimum side, i know who they are and it has not gone un-noticed. So players from the B SQUAD turn up and train with us on monday and thursday and chances will open up for you, maybe sooner than you think. Well done to all the players who are putting the training in, its the same players who continually carry the teams from last year, you all have a great attitude that is why you are where you are.

Also getting good reports on the B SQUAD from Ola so well done to the players who are always at trainings and come with a positive attitude.

PS: Fill those training diary`s out, every physical training you do, club, school and private. take your rest pulse over 1 minute in the morning immediatly you get out of bed and write it as your day start in your training log (diary). these are important for you to follow your own progression on the condition side as well as test run times 4 km. sprint test (yoyo) and spenst and agility tests.

Give me feedback at all times on how you feel so we can adjust your training, easy jogging at the weekends at least an hour Saturday and the same sunday. Remember to stretch properly after all trainings, mobility is very important and you will decrease your chances of muscle injurie

All the best,
SEAN
